Q: I would like to find out the significance of keeping the name Marwah for a baby girl.
A: Marwah refers to the mountain in Makkah Mukarramah where sa'ee is made (Safaa and Marwah). Hence, this name should not be kept for a girl.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
