Q: What can a person do if he wants Allah to be generous with him in everything whether its financial gain or any other blessing?
A: He should be kind and compassionate to the servants of Allah Ta'ala and ensure that he fulfils their rights in a good manner. Rasulullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said, "Show mercy to those on earth, the One in the heavens (whose control of the universe takes place from the heavens -Allah Ta'ala) will show mercy to you." (Tirmizi #1924)
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
