Wife refusing her husband relations until he performs his salaah

Q: If a husband asks his wife for sexual relations but he hasn't performed salaah, example: Asr salaah and the time is late, i.e. about 20 mins left, and she asks him to perform his salaah first, does she get sin or is she valid for making him perform his salaah first?

A: She will not get sin. She is correct in asking him to perform his salaah first.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
