Masjid collecting rental from a padel court and restaurant on the masjid property

Q: There is a padel court and restaurant built on a Masjid property. The Masjid collects rental income from the padel court and restaurant. Weekly posts on their Instagram page, have pictures or videos of men playing (satr exposed), and women at the restaurant (dressed like kuffaar, women drinking non alcoholic cocktail's from wine glasses).

1. Is the income derived from renting the property to a sports facility (padel court, soccer, cricket, etc.) and restaurant permissible?

2. Are restaurants income permissible as they allow men and women mixed on food tables? Will they be held accountable for the intermingling committed?

A: It is highly disgusting that the precincts that are supposed to be dedicated for Allah Ta`ala, His worship and thinking of the hereafter and the life after death becomes a hub of entertainment. And women are supposed to be in the confines of their homes. They are not encouraged to come out. Isn't this disgraceful and humiliating? Then how can there be barkat in this kind of income.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
