Husband preventing his wife from phoning her parents

Q: Can the husband disallow the wife to use phone or social media to talk to her parents etc. without any reason when the wife does no haraam acts?

A: It is not correct for the husband to stop his wife from phoning her parents and speaking to them when she is not engaged in his service.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
