Revoking the talaaq

Q: If a person asked a mufti that I used the pashto word "zan talaq" to my wife 2 times like to her hands etc. Does divorce confirm by this asking?

If a husband calls his wife hand as zan talaq, what does it mean while the husband doesn't intend for divorce?

A: If you only issued two talaaqs, (and prior to this you did not issue any talaaq to your wife) then two talaaqs have taken place.

If you wish to take your wife back into your nikaah, then it is permissible as long as her iddat does not terminate.

The way for you to take her back into your nikaah is that you tell her that you are revoking the talaaq and taking her back into your nikaah. Similarly, if you kiss her or have relations with her, the talaaq will be revoked and she will remain in your nikaah.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
