Husband telling his wife "you not married to me"

Q: If a husband says to his wife "you not married to me", does it mean the marriage is over? There was intention in saying this.

A: If he uttered this statement with the intention of divorce, then one irrevocable divorce has taken place. If he uttered this statement but did not intend divorce, then no divorce has taken place.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
