The Days of Pelting

Q: What are the days of pelting?

A: Pelting (rami) will be done on 4 days during hajj: 

1. On the 10th of Zul Hijjah, only the Jamaratul Aqabah (the big ‘Shaitaan’) will be pelted. 

2. On the 11th of Zul Hijjah, all 3 Jamaraat will be pelted. 

3. On the 12th of Zul Hijjah, all 3 Jamaraat will be pelted. 

4. On the 13th of Zul Hijjah, all 3 Jamaraat will be pelted.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

أيام الرمي أربعة: يوم النحر ويجب فيه رمي جمرة العقبة لا غير وثلاثة أيام بعده وهي اليوم الحادي عشر ويسمى يوم القر والثاني عشر ويسمى يوم النفر الأول والثالث عشر ويسمى يوم النفر الثاني ويجب فيها رمي الجمار الثلاث وتسمى أيام التشريق وأيام منى وهي الأيام المعدودات بلا خلاف (غنية الناسك صـ 171)
