Q: Is someone who prays 5 times a day consistently with proper wudhu but knowingly and intentionally prays with impurity on the body, clothes or prayer area rejecting the obligation of purification, would this person be considered a disbeliever and be in hell forever?
Is this person performing wudhu for each salah clearly showing that he is NOT rejecting the obligation of purification?
A: He will not become a disbeliever through this action.
If the impurity was a small, negligible amount which will not invalidate the salaah (i.e. it was equal to the circumference of the inner palm or less), then the salaah will be valid, however performing salaah with impurity is against purity and against the Islamic teachings.
If the impurity was so much that it will invalidate the salaah (i.e. it was more than the circumference of the inner palm), then the salaah will have to be repeated as it was not regarded as valid.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
