Q: Let’s say someone does wudu for each salah but intentionally prays with impurity on his body. Is him doing wudu for each salah a clear indication that he’s NOT rejecting the obligation of removing impurity on the body before salah?
A: If the najaasat on his body is less than a dirham (i.e. the amount of the circumference of the palm), then the salaah will be valid. However, it is not right for him to perform salaah with the najaasat being on his body or clothing. He should wash it off before performing salaah.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
