Children playing the part of the opposite gender during a play

Q: Taking into consideration the Ahaadith prohibiting a man adopting the dressing of a woman and vice versa, will it be permissible for a girl to take on the role of a boy/Moulana in a play? 

If the play includes girls acting out the parts of a bride and groom, a Moulana performing the 'nikah' etc., can this be permissible? 

A: Both are cursed, whether a person dresses up like the opposite gender or does a play behaving like the opposite gender. Both are under the curse.
