Making a moderate effort to earn a living

Q: What is greed in Islam as Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said that wealth without greed is a blessing and wealth with greed is not a blessing. So is earning more considered greed?

And I read somewhere that Ameerul Mumineen said that be moderate in earning. I don't know if it's authentic or not. If yes, should we earn moderate and not earn more?

A: If it is that one is not chasing and is not obsessed with piling up wealth then it does not amount to greed.

Yes, make a moderate effort to earn a living.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
