Forgetting to recite Surah Faatiha in the second rakaat of a sunnah salaah

Q: During the second rakaat of a sunnah salaah, someone while reading another surah remembers that he forgot to read Surah Faatiha. Thereafter he reads Surah Faatiha and another surah. Must this person perform sajdah sahw or not?

A: Yes, he should make sajdah sahw.
