Q: Agr husband apne wife ka car insurance form fill kr raha ho or kisi waja se woh false information dey or marital status mai divorce ko select kare, means false information dey, tau kia uske just divorce option pr click krne kia such mai divorce ho jaye gi phr baad mai husband ne woh form submit bhi na kia ho jb k husband ki divorce ki koi intension bhi na ho?
A: Agar sirf divorce likha jhuti khabar dene ke irade se, to talaaq waaqi nahi huwi, lekin car insurance (bimah) shariat me haraam he, chunke isme qimaar awr sood ki baate mowjood he.
