Q: A woman wears a niqaab cap in the state of ihraam. Due to wind, the niqaab ends up unintentionally touching her face a number of times every day (it touches just part of the face, less than a quarter each time). What penalty will be due on her for this, if any?
A: Since this happened unintentionally, she will not be sinful. However, she should give some sadaqah after completing her umrah as a compensation for the times the niqaab touched her face during ihraam.
