Accusing someone of doing jadoo (black magic) without evidence

Q:

1. According to Islamic ruling, is it permissible for an aamil to accuse a person of doing jadoo (black magic) by getting information from jinn, doing istikhara or using numbers etc.?

2. Is the above mentioned things sufficient evidence to blame and accuse a person of doing black magic, when the accused person denied it?

3. If the evidence is not sufficient then is it a major sin for the aamil and those who believe him to blame and accuse a person of doing black magic?

A:

1. You cannot accuse a person if you do not have any valid shar`ee evidence. In no court of law, whether Islamic or secular, will the evidence of the jinn be accepted, not even in the reporting hadeeth.

2. As above.

3. Yes.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
