Using the name of Hazrat Khadeejah (radhiyallahu anha) to promote feminism

Q: In regards to the fitna of feminism arising, alot of our Muslim women have fallen for this wherein if you try to advice them that university offices is not a place for a Muslim woman, their argument is Hadhrat Khadeejah (radhiyallahu anha) was a businesswoman. My 2 questions are:

1.I find that using Hadhrat Khadeejah (radhiyallahu anha) as an example of why they want to work in the corporate sector saying she was a businesswoman, etc. is very disrespectful towards the mother of the Muslim women. How do I explain to them that using the Sahaabiyyaat as examples is very disrespectful?

2. How do I put forward to them in a way that they would understand that Islam and feminism does not go hand in hand?

A: This is baseless and a false accusation against Hadhrat Khadeejah (radhiyallahu anha). All that she had done was that she had made an investment. She did not go out doing business. She just forwarded finance. Like any woman would forward finance to her husband or brother to do a purchase. This is a fabrication and accusation against the personality of Hadhrat Khadeejah (radhiyallahu anha). It is compulsory to make taubah for this type of insult and wrong justification.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
