Q: If someone did a good deed like istighfar, durood or giving sadaqah and is afraid that Allah will not accept their deed, will that make Allah not accept it? I heard someone say that you have to be certain that Allah will accept otherwise it will be not accepted. Kindly clarify.
A: No. He should adjust his mind that I am not worthy of acceptance, but through the compassion and love of Allah Ta`ala, He will definitely embrace me with His grace.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
