Q: Is it permissible for a mahram to take a woman to Madinah and she stays there for about 2 months with other women and thereafter he comes back and fetches her?
She won't be going out of her home except going to the Haram etc. to visit the Raudhah and back home.
She won't be staying far from the Haram.
A: It is not at all appropriate for women to live like this in a foreign land. Obviously she will have needs and for the needs she will have to interact with strangers. And that could create complications thereafter.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
