Q:
1. Is it permissible to fish on a private dam without the owners permission?
2. Can I join a membership that has a yearly fee and gives me access to places belonging to that company throughout the year?
3. Is it permissible to catch and release fish?
A:
1. If the dam has been prepared for the purpose of breeding fish then it is not permissible to fish there without the owner's permission.
2. If they are not providing any valid service then they cannot charge you.
3. We are commanded to show kindness and consideration. Obviously doing this is not being kind and considerate to these creatures.
