Q: My friend asked me to sell his phone for him and he gave me the price he wanted and if I sold it for extra he said I could keep the extra. I found a customer on Facebook and I ended up getting scammed/robbed so I want to know if I must pay him the amount he asked for or should I not?
A: If you were doing him a favour by helping him sell his phone, and he was not paying you for this service, then you do not need to pay him the amount if there was no negligence found from your side.
