Q: Are women allowed to leave the home and only get back when the husband comes from work?
A: In these times of fitnah, it is best for a woman to be accompanied by her husband or mahram (e.g. her father or brother etc.) when leaving her home to go to any place. She should not travel alone.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
