Q: When we are in Saudi, in some masjids they perform a second congregation. Are we allowed to take part in that congregation if we haven't already read our salaah?
A: Performing a second jamaat in the musjid is not permissible. You should not join the second that is being performed in the musjid. Rather you should perform your salaah individually or perform the salaah with jamaat out of the musjid e.g. in the sehn of the musjid.
