Q: Would a person be sinful if he faces his feet towards the qiblah whilst sleeping but only because his room is such that the bed cannot go in another direction ?
A: Facing one's feet towards the Qiblah is not permissible. Hence, if one intentionally faces his feet towards the Qiblah when sleeping, one will be sinful.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
