Q: I had the niyyah to fast, but I missed sehri and my Fajr salaah. I was in a state of janabaah. If I woke up to make ghusl is my fast still valid?

A: If you made a firm intention from the night to fast the following day irrespective of whether you wake up for sehri or not, then the intention you made will count and you will be in the state of fasting upon awakening despite the fact that you woke up in the state of janaabah. In this case, if you eat during the day, you will have to keep qadha for breaking the fast after commencing it.
However, if your intention was that if you wake up for sehri you will fast, otherwise you will not fast, then in this case you will not consider yourself to be in the state of fasting upon awakening.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
