Q: If ilaa takes place between the couple, what is the procedure for the same couple to remarry and can they remarry during iddat?
If a couple wants to do tajdeed e nikaah, can they do it while the wife is pregnant?
A: After the talaaq e baain takes place, the nikaah terminates. If this talaaq is not the third talaaq, then it will be permissible for the both to reunite by performing a new nikaah with a separate mahr.
It is permissible for them to remarry in the iddat or after the iddat.
