Marrying one's milk sister

Q: I wanted to marry a girl but later they told me that her mother breastfed me once when I was less than one year. I researched about it and according to my knowledge in Quran it is forbidden to marry but there is no evidence of how many times of breastfeeding is required. From hadith I found that there is one hadith from Hazrat Aaisha (radhiyallahu anha) which states that five breastfeeding is required to make it haram. Please guide me regarding this issue.

A: The verse of the Qur’aan Majeed is general. Hence, even if an infant child is breastfed even once, the hurmat will be established. You cannot marry her. She is your milk sister. She is haraam for you in nikaah.
