Q: We as the trustees of the musjid wish to tint the musjid windows. Is it correct for us to tint the windows on the qibla wall, as this will cause a mirror effect at night and might distract the musallis?
A: If this is going to distract the musallis in their salaah, then do not tint the windows on the qibla wall side.
