Time limit to fulfil a vow made to spend on the poor

Q: I made vow to Alimghty that I will spend that much amount on needy people. Is there any solid time bar in which I have to complete and spend all amount?

A: No, there is no time limit for you spending the amount you vowed to give in charity. However, it should be completed before you pass away. If you pass away without fulfilling it, you will be sinful.
