Q: If my child can drink my wife's milk then why can't I drink my wife's milk?
A: Allah Ta'ala has not made this halaal for you. Allah Ta'ala has made this halaal for the child during the breastfeeding period. After the breastfeeding period ends, then this is also haraam for the child.
You cannot equate yourself to the child, namaaz is farz on you but not on the child. The infant child can be seen without clothes, but it is not permissible for you to move around without clothes.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
