Ma'zoor sleeping through an entire salaah period

Q:

1. If the wudhu of a mazoor person (urine incontinence) sometimes, but not always, lasts through a short salaah period, namely maghrib, will he still be considered a mazoor?

2. If he accidently sleeps through a salaah period, he will not know whether or not something exited, since movement is little during sleep, it's unlikely something exited, will he still be considered a mazoor?

A:

1. If the uzr (the factor that breaks wudhu) is not found for the entire duration of the salaah, then he will no longer remain a ma'zoor.

2. Upon awakening, if he did not find any traces of urine visible on his clothes, body etc, then he will no longer consider himself to be a ma'zoor as the entire salaah time had passed without the uzr being found.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
