Q: As per Hadith no. 7054 narrated in Sahih Muslim "Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, created the clay on Saturday and He created the mountains on Sunday and He created the trees on Monday and He created the things entailing labor (or hardship/displeasure) on Tuesday and He created light on Wednesday and He caused the animals to spread on Thursday and He created Adam (peace be upon him) after 'Asr on Friday..." (Sahih Muslim)."
As per this Hadith, on Tuesday things which are hated upon/unliked are created. So I want to ask, if one is born on Monday or Friday, are they considered to be lucky/blessed? Similarly, if a person who is born on Tuesday, is that person unlucky/unblessed or unliked in the sight of Allah who has to go through a hard life?
A: This Hadith does not refer to the creation of man. Hence, if a person is born on any day of the week, it will not be regarded as bad luck. There is no such thing as superstition in Islaam.
