Q: I am inherently extremely bad at practicing Islam. Is there a cure for disliking deen due to the difficulty of practicing it? This is something I do want to do, but I find myself experiencing this.
A: Deen is not difficult. The difficulty is what our minds make us feel because of the wrong company we keep. Hence, ensure that you avoid all forms of wrong and doubtful company, places, articles and people. Further, read the books, Fazaa'il-e-A`maal and Fazaa'il-e-Sadaqaat diligently and beg Allah Ta`ala for forgiveness and His special help and mercy.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
