Shayaateen chained during the month of Ramadhaan

Q: In Ramadhaan, does the shayatin being chained mean that they do not whisper at all, or that they do whisper but it is less, or does it mean that some shayatin are chained and do not whisper at all but other shayatin do?

A: Only the big Shayaateen are chained during the month of Ramadhaan. The small shayaateen are left open.
