Making a temporary nikaah

Q: If a person takes permission from a Christian prostitute to perform nikaah with her, will the nikaah be valid if he then performs the nikaah in the presence of two male Muslim witnesses.

I fully understand that a person should not be doing this. I want to know whether the nikaah will be valid or not, not whether it is permissible to do so or not or whether one should do so or not. The result of the nikaah being valid is that a person will not be committing zina.

A: If they both agree on the nikaah for only a little pleasure and then he will divorce her, then this is regarded as mutah of the shias. Mutah is another word for zina. Islam does not recognize this type of nikaah.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
