Q: If alot of people are sending durood to Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) at once, how does Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) reply to all?
A: The condition of the barzakh is different to the condition of this world. Overall, after Rasulullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) is informed that the people of his ummah have conveyed salaam to him, Allah Ta‘ala makes it possible for him to answer each person's salaam.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
