The Importance of performing Taraweeh salaah

Q: If you don't read taraweeh salaah, will you be sinful?

A: Taraaweeh salaah is sunnat muakkadah. If a person leaves out performing taraaweeh salaah entirely or he makes a habit of leaving it out, he will be sinful.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
