Wudhu for one who has crust in the corner of the eyes

Q: If crust is found in the corner of the eyes 15-20min after wudhu despite rubbing ones eyes at the time of wudhu, is the wudhu fine? 

A: If this was present at the time of wudhu and it stopped the water from reaching the skin of the face, then the wudhu was not valid. 

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
