Listening to nasheeds with drums played in the background

Q: A nasheed was sang with drums at a wedding. Is it permissible to listen at other times to the nasheed because it has drums in it?

A: If the nasheed was sung at the nikaah function and drums were beaten in order to enhance the nasheed and give it some extra tune, then this is not permissible as it has resemblance with music and musical tones or musical instruments. 

Similarly, listening to nasheeds with drums played in the background is not permissible at any time (as this has resemblance with music and musical tones or musical instruments).

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
