What is Mufti Sahebs advise regarding women frequenting zikr majaalis during the night's held in masaajid?
A: Women should not attend the masjid for the five daily salaah or for any other program held for males and females.
After the demise of Rasulullah (sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam), when the Sahaabah (radhiyallahu 'anhum) began witnessing the fitnah through women leaving their homes to attend the congregational salaah in the masjid, they began discouraging and stopping the women from attending the masjid.
Since the talk is live streamed, the women can listen to the talk from their homes. There is no need for them to come to the masjid.
