Q: Eight years ago I fell in love with a girl. Her parents did not agree because of my financial state and forced her to marry someone else. She was 16 at that time. Durring that time I forgot about her ever coming back and put my self in a life of lonelyness. I kept praying to Allah Ta'ala for comfort of my heart. One night I prayed in tears to Allah about her. In the next two days I received her email asking about my well being out of no where. I continued talking to her in a decent manner and soon learnt she was not happy even after 8 years. She showed signs of seeking a divorce. I confirmed her intentions and offered my hand as if she now has the power to decide for her life. Accept me. She agreed. The Problem is she has a one year old daughter and to the fear of loosing her she decided not to seek divorce but feels the same about leaving her husband. I hang in the balance again with good intention of religiously marrying her and accepting her daughter as mine. I prayed a lot to Allah for comfort and solution but what happend why am I suffering the same thing again and last time it was easy to let go. This time
I feel there is hope and keep praying. Is it a test!? Because each time I pray and be a good muslim I get positive effects from her side. Now I am blank as if Allah has put me in a test again. Is it right of her to get subjected to something not in her will and because of the child not practice her right of khulah.
A: It is totally impermissible for you to be in contact with this married women. You should immediately cut off ties with her and seek Allah Ta'ala's forgiveness for getting involved in this grave sin. Imagine yourself being married to a woman who is in contact with another strange man. How would you react to it? These feelings and emotions you are experiencing are from the side of Shaitaan. Do not pay any attention to it.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
