Q: Mere brother in law nay apni wife ko divorce papers send kiye jis me likha tha k me apni wife ko divorce deta he.

Jis waqt divorce di thee os waqt onki wife pregnant theen. ab delivery hogai hy lekn abhi tak wife apnay husband k pass nahi gai hyn.. tu kia divorce hogai?? ya wo wapis apnay husband k pass ja sakti hyn??
Kia ye ek divorce hoi ya 3 hogai hyn?

Ayk Talaaq-e-rajee waaqi hogai. Agar showhar ne apne biwi ku apne nikaah me waapas nahi lia, bacha janne se pehle to bache ki wilaadat se biwi ki iddat khatam hogai. Ab agar downo milna chate, to naya nikaah parhane ki zuroorat he naye mahr ke saat.
Agar showhar ne ayk talaaq dedi, to ayk talaaq waaqi hogai.
