Shart ke saat talaaq dena

Q: Mery shohar ne mje talak di 2 dafa shart ke sath. Lekin shart ke alfaaz poshida rkhy, or bad mai zaher kiye ke (agr tm ne badkari ki to) maine tmhy talak di 2 dfa kaha is surat mai talak hui ke nai? or kya 2 bar ho gai? or 1 dfa phly bhi talak ka keh chuky thy ke agr tum aj ghr na I to meri taraf se tmhy talak hy, lekin tab mai ghar chly gai thi. Is ka mutalik kya raye hy or akhri bar phr 2 bar talak di mery kehny pe is ke bary mai bhi. Please agahi farahm kr den or kya 2 bar talak deny se 1 he bar mani jati hy?

A: Agar shart paayi gayi to talaaq waqi` hojayegi.

Pehla martabah choonke shart nahi paayi gayi to talaaq waqi` nahi huwa.
