Q: I had a dream that I was in a lake with 2 sahabas, one on my right the other one on my left. There was a an enemy kuffaar behind the sahabi on the right and he kept throwing a spear at the sahabi. Every time it came close to the sahabi I kept on sending it back with my mind. Then eventually I appeared by the Prophet Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam and there was a group of Sahaba around Him. I went to the Prophet Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam and he hugged me and then we started talking and making plans for something (war?). Can you please interpret this dream?
A: This is a mubaarak dream. It indicates towards the true love you possess for Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) and the Sahaabah (Ridwaanullahi Alayhim Ajmaeen). Similarly it indicates towards the hatred you have in your heart for those who revile and attack the Sahaabah (e.g. the shias). Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) is please with you and pleased with this action (i.e. defending the Sahaabah). In order to secure the love of Allah Ta'ala and Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) you should continue to practise on the Sunnah, lead a life of taqwa and abstain from sin.
