Q: Mujhe 3 saal ye problem hai jatke ana need nahi athi jaise raat ko 9 bajh sohi to 12 uth gi aur pihr 3 bajh uth gi pihr sohya he nahi jatha ajeeb se bacheini rethi hai aur kisi ke qadmo ki awaz ana koi mere pas kadra hua hai asa lag na aur somk sa nazar ana ja kafan jaise chiz chalti wi nazar ayi hai aur jaise koi mere piche takh laga ke kadra hua hai. Please koi dua bata dede.

A: Paanch waqt ke namaaz owr sowne se pehle chaar qul owr Ayatul Kursi parhliya kare. Allah Ta'ala aap ku har shar se mahfooz karenge.
