Covering only from the stomach till the knee in front of one's brother

Q: Can a sister wear a dress which is covered from her stomach to the knee in front of her own brother only?

A: She must avoid doing this. This is shameful behaviour.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
