Being unaware of the beliefs of the Imaam

Q: Without knowing the aqeeda of an imaam, can we offer Salaah behind him?

A: If the Imaam's apparent condition conforms to the Sunnah, then the Salaah performed behind him will be valid even though one is unaware of his beliefs.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
