Q: I had a dream in which I had to choose between two girls (I think it was for marriage), one was exceptionally beautiful, she said she loves me, but I chose the other one. Then it was like I went back in time to the point where she said she loves me then I fell in love with her and then the dream ended. I also appeared to look more handsome in the dream. Can Mufti Saheb please interpret this dream?
A: The Hadith teaches us that when we wish to choose a life partner, then we should make Deen the basis of our decision. Hence it is better for you to get married to the girl who you find to be more pious and sound in her Deen and akhlaaq provided she is compatible and pleasing to you.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
