Eating at a place where pork is served

Q: I have a question regarding cross contamination of non-halal food (pork) with my sandwich. I noticed the person did not change his gloves before preparing my food and he handled pork before it. I had the sandwich anyway and I feel so guilty. What are the general rules I should know regarding this situation and what do I do now that it has happened?

Interest bearing loan

Q: I wanted to find out something regarding interest. I'm currently in an unstable financial situation, I find it very difficult to pay my expenses, I'm currently working and have tried many things to make additional income with no success. I've been working on a business plan and submitted to government, would it be permissible for me to take a loan from them? The loan will have interest payable. I cannot go to any Islamic bank etc because of my financial record. I have no other options, please advise.

Selling health and beauty products

Q: I am currently working in a store which sells health and beauty products, including makeup, perfumes, creams, medicines, etc. Some of these products contain unlawful ingredients like alcohol and glycerin (which may be derived from animals or vegetables), and some may also have been tested on animals. My question is, is it permissible for me to work there selling these items?

Oral sex

Q: My husband is diabatic and is on strong medicians which has side effects. One of the side effects is he can't always have sex, so to fulfill my needs he uses his mouth to satisfy me. He dosen't place his mouth inside me but at the outkirts of my vagina. My problem is I feel very guilty because its against the sunnah, although my husband tells me it is not haraam and he can not perform sex like a healthy person. Sometime he uses his fingers but that can be painful.

Imaamat contract

Q: I have the following questions regarding the employment of an imaam:

1. Can the imaam claim full pay if he leads only four salaahs while his contract stipulates all five?

2. Is he entitled to a full salary during his annual four week umrah journey and five week family holiday?

3. Is he entitled to severance pay when his duties are not required e.g. if the prayer place (jamaat khana) is shut down by the government?

4. Some people think that the imaam is like a khalifah, once you employ him, the community has to support him for life, even when he is not assigned any duties.

Does a boy require his parents permission if he has a need to get married?

Q: I am B.Tech qualified student doing M.Tech. My uncle is repeatedly saying to continue M.Tech and pursue Ph.D and become assistant professor which will require at least 4 years. I am already 25 years old and want to earn as soon as possible as I feel I should get married since 2-3 years. But I feel shy to talk on this matter with my parents. I want to do a job but uncle insists that teaching will be better for me (by observing my weak physical condition due to black magic). Completing higher studies will require 4 years and I will be reaching 29 years till I complete Ph.D become assistant professor. Due to sexual temptations and to prevent myself from sins, I want to do nikaah, but my uncle and father is of the view that I should continue studies. What should I do? During 2-3 years, I had indulged in pornography and masturbation due to temptations. If I continue to study for 4 years, there is danger of getting involved myself in porn and adultery and I don't want to do it. What should I do in the light of Quran and Hadith? How should I inform them about this and convince them. Also I am confused as to what source of income will be better for me job or teaching? (Teaching is better if whole life is concerned except four years and government job is better if entire life is concerned)
