Q: I have heard that taqleed is only in 10% of Islam. Is it true? If yes then what is that 10% of Islam in which taqleed is required?

Q: A person (A) refers a customer to another person (B) because A does not sell in goods required by that customer. B gives A commission for sending customer to him. Is it allowed in Shariah?
